This Privacy Policy explains how Mvolve Foundation ("Mvolve", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data in connection with the Mvolve Scholarship Program on mvolve.in.

1. Information We Collect

• Application data: student and guardian names, school, class, essay, uploaded School ID.
• Payment data: Razorpay transaction IDs and status (payments processed by Razorpay).
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser metadata, user agent.
• Consent records: Terms acceptance timestamp and user agent.

2. How We Use Data

We use data to process applications, verify identity, communicate with applicants, and manage scholarship disbursement. We may use anonymized data for research and program improvement.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with Razorpay (payment processing), Google services (Sheets, Drive), internal evaluators under confidentiality, and partner institutions when necessary.

4. Storage & Retention

Data is stored securely in Google Drive/Sheets and other secure systems. Retention: application records and logs up to 5 years; winners' data up to 10 years.
